Because the vehicle is easy to use and easy to maintain. The problems that arise in current is the amount of fuel that caused dwindling fuel prices soared. This study used a method of manufacturing that is DFM (Design for Manufactur) to design and makes a fuel-saving device. The fuel saving devices used previously 6 pieces on a plate using a hydrogen generator for optimization while the instrument is used only 2 plate only. From the results of redesign and testing conducted efficient use of material obtained results 1 liter of fuel for fuel on the two-wheeled vehicle with a capacity of 115 cc is equal to 4.93% near 5 %. Keywords: DFM methods, hydrogen generators, fuel efficiency.
