Sistem Pengendalian Mesin Produksi Secara Remote Melalui Sarana Jaringan
Abstrak

Sistem pengendalian mesin produksi pada tulisan ini, menggunakan sarana komunikasi internet sacara dial-up maupun Local Area Network (LAN). Saluran komunikasinya adalah jaringan terbuka, unutk itu maka  sistem pengedalian dilengkapi dengan pengamanan data menggunkan sistem penyajian sehingga data yang Di komunikasi kan dalam kondisi aman. Hasil pengujian dari rancangan sistem pengandalian Berhasil dengan baik, sehingga system ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk pengendalian  mesin  produksi.

Telemetry System Design On Payload Using Flymaple With ARM CORTEX-M3
Abstrak
Telemetry system design at test rocket payload using the hardware Flymaple with microcontroller ARM Cortex-M3 as the Main Control Unit (MCU). This paper discussed about the design of a telemetry system that can measure temperature, humidity, pressure, acceleration, orientation, position and transmit images. The entire sensor is integrated on a payload with control system operators in the ground segment. Used in order to transmit data with a communication radio frequency 433 MHz and is controlled by a microcontroller ARM Cortex-M3. The test result of the dimensions, vibrations, rotations, designed system is able to transmit data and receive on the ground segment.

Comparative Analysis Method For Enhancing The Quality Image Grayscale Bayesian Method Of Least Square Method Gaussian Scale Mixtures And Wiener
Abstrak

The detector senses a living being to know the environment, therefore each creature senses will vary. Similarly, the senses of sight, therefore, the resulting image should have a good quality. Image degradation usually occurs in the transmission process, image acquisition. Image restoration is one solution to obtain a good image quality. This paper discussed two methods in image restoration process, the Bayesian method of least squares-Gaussian Scale Mixture (BLS-GSM), and the Wiener method. From the test results obtained that the image quality of restoration is best to use the BLS-GSM method compared to using the Wiener method. It looks at the value of SNR, ISNR and PNSR of the resulting increase in image quality. SNR value, ISNR and PSNR image results image restoration BLS GSM system is greater than Wiener. At BLS GSM system, the resulting SNR range 12-15 dB, ISNR which produces around 2-6 dB, and the resulting PNSR ranged 26-29 dB.

Algorithm Ground Station For Test Load Rocket LAPAN 2009 Using MS.VB 6.0
Abstrak
RUM is one LAPAN projects that competed every year. One of the most important part is the ground station, in order to receive information from the payload RUM. Ground station consists of media communications and personal computers are connected via RS232 format. To be able to communicate properly made an algorithm, having implemented software Ms.Visual Basic Compiler 6.0, the system can work well to read data from a rocket payload to a height of 1km.

Algorithm Payload For Test Load Rocket LAPAN 2009 Using Atmega 128
Abstrak
One important part of the RUM (Roket Uji Muatan/Rocket Payload Test) is the payload. In this paper, payload designed to detect changes in temperature, pressure, and humidity at any altitude changes. To be able communicate with 
ground   segment,   used   in   communications   equipment.   On occasion it is also designed telecommand function to detect if there is damage to the payload. For payload to function properly, they invented algorithms. From the experiments, the payload can work well for sending data to a ground segment or telecommand to a height of 1 km.
