EVALUASI TINGKAT KEKUATAN BUNYI YANG DITERIMA PADA RUANG KELAS

ABSTRAK

Ruang kelas merupakan tempat untuk belajar yang membutuhkan tingkat kenyamanan yang cukup tinggi, karena sangat bersangkutan dengan tingkat konsentrasi pengguna kelas. Salah satu faktor dalam kenyamanan ruang kelas adalah kenyamanan audio. Mengetahui kondisi kenyamanan audio dalam ruang kelas sangat penting untuk dapat ditindak lanjuti dengan melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran dalam ruang kelas. Dalam penulisan ini akan membahas mengenai pengamatan, pengukuran, dan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan audiopada ruang kelas.

Kata Kunci: akustika,ruang kelas,bangunan,arsitektur.

Creating Effective Publik Space for Children in Lenteng Agung South Jakarta
Abstrak

Abstract

Lenteng Agung Village, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta is one of a settlement area that has population density about 24.322 people per km² (Jagakarsa District in Figure, 2013). Based on observation, we found that small neighborhood (Rukun Tetangga) 11, one part of RW 08 have not space as play ground for children. Thus, children were playing on the street, ground lot of Wali Songo Islamic Foundation, and rent internet counter. Position of RT 11 is between Lenteng Agung Barat Street and Lenteng Agung Timur Street, thus the shape looks like an ‘island’. This shape caused parents never permit their children to play out from ‘the island’.

The study is designed by considering qualitative method to examine effective public space for children. To enhance the qualitative information, interview guidance for stakeholder and residents (mother who has children) were conducted. Interview guidance contained the view from residents about public space for children. Therefore we analyze by comparing between the residents’ view and theories.

 As a result, we figured the design concept of effective public spaces for children (preschool and aged 6-12) by roof garden that will build above Kompos Street which is connected to Lenteng Agung Timur Street. The bridge and ramp will connect to houses that planned in second floor thus children can access easily. Besides, the first floor will be use as parking spaces. On the roof, we provide mixed use functions those are play ground and socialize space for mothers.

Improving Transportation Connectivity in Cikarang Area with Rail Based Infrastructure
Abstrak

Rapid growth of economic potentials in the Cikarang area ranging from the economic, trade, service and industrial sectors are supported by settlements in various scales, it shall be accordance with improvement of transportation connectivity in the Cikarang area. The government has planned the construction of rail-based transportation infrastructure in Cikarang area due to road exceeded load capacity. To overcome the magnitude of potential problems that can be generated from the increased volume of vehicles, population growth and efforts to provide alternative transportation modes for Cikarang and surrounding areas, it is necessary to study Transportation Connectivity Improvement on Cikarang Area with Rail-Based Infrastructure. This research  applied a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches  through questionnaires, action research and case studies on the development of integrated connectivity transportation planning in the area. The result show urgency of rail-based infrastructure development for the Jakarta buffer zone to improve the mobility and connectivity of economic activities.

Alternative PPP Scheme for LRT Batam with Value Engineering Approach
Abstrak

As one of the PPP projects offered in PPP Book 2017, Batam LRT project held the priority of railway network construction in Batam Island consists of 2 lanes. Line I namely Batam CenterTanjung Uncang (1st Corridor) with length of ± 27.54 Km and line II is Batu Ampar-Hang Nadim Airport (2nd Corridor) with length of ± 27.93 Km. LRT Batam requires huge investment to build these two corridors. Therefore, an innovative and creative efforts shall create in the construction design to achieve an attractive investment for investors. One way to do this is by performing various financing simulations of the PPP scheme. This research aimed to identify varies range of PPP Scheme that will be selected in Batam LRT Project. This simulation shows optimum result using the PPP scheme offered with the partial support of construction financing by the Government.
