DETERMINAN KUALITAS INTERNET FINANCIAL REPORTING (IFR) DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN INVESTOR
Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to examine the determinant factors of the quality of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) associated with investor relations. Factors to be determined are the condition of the company characteristics and mechanisms of corporate governance in Indonesia to 200 after the company first alphabetical sorting code on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) listed companies during January 2010 through December 2010. The findings of this study is a research instrument index Geerings et al. (2003) which has been modified is valid and feasible for use as a reliable index of quality assessment IFR investor relations. Further, the results of hypothesis showed that firm’s charcteristics variables, except Leverage, has a positive effect on quality of IFR significantly associated with investor relations. Corporate governance mechanisms, the two variables are independent commissioners and Auditor Type Big-4, both has a significant positive effect on quality of IFR significantly associated with investor relations.

VALIDATION OF HPLC METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, RIBOFLAVIN, NICOTINAMIDE, AND PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN SYRUP PREPARATION
Abstrak

Multivitamin syrup containing various substances of varying characteristics may have a
problem in quantitative analysis. This research has developed and validated of HPLC method
for determination of four vitamin components, that is thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin,
nicotinamide, and pyridoxine hydrochloride in syrup multivitamin-mineral. The
chromatographic separation was achieved by using a C18 column with dimension of
3.9x300mm and particle size of 10μm. A mixture of methanol – 1% acetic acid by using 7mM
1-hexane sulphonic acid sodium salt (20:80) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1mL/min. The
effluent was monitored at 280 nm. Effective separation and quantification was achieved in less
than 20 min. That method was simple, accurate, precise, and could be successfully applied for
the analysis of thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, and pyridoxine hydrochloride
syrup multivitamin-mineral.

Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Menggunakan Modal Transportasi terhadap Pelayanan Transjakarta dengan menggunakan Structure Equation Modelling (SEM)
Abstrak

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dimensi pelayanan bis Transjakarta dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta bagaimana model hubungan antara dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan bis Transjakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 85 responden pengguna bis Transjakarta khusus lintasan koridor 1 rute jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan field research dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari program Statistik AMOS v.18. Hipotesa pertama telah dibuktikan dengan adanya pengaruh positif antara kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji statistik nilai kritis 2,416 (> ttabel 1,960) dan p-value 0,016 (signifikan pada 0,05) menyatakan ada hubungan antara kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,640 atau 41% kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas layanan. Dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang diteliti, dimensi kehandalan menunjukkan pembentuk kualitas layanan paling tinggi (33,8%). Sedangkan dari konstruk kepuasan pelanggan, dimensi loyalitas mendapat nilai factor loading paling tinggi 0,827 dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 68,4%. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlu ditetapkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal.
