MODELLING THE DIGITAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA
Abstrak

The concept of digital economy means digitalization of information using information and communication technology infrastructure profitable for accelerating local and international business activity of Indonesia in the globalization era. It encompasses trading of goods and services with sales and supply using digital economy. Electronic money transaction as in e-banking transaction, auto teller machine, debet card and the internet credit card transaction constitute of a part of digital economy that nowadays is significantly big in number and lucrative. Although digital economy activities in Indonesia has significantly big in accounting number and values totally, nevertheless there is no one local nor foreign scientific empirical research to form a model of digital economy development in Indonesia. It can be concluded that such digital economy modelling topic in Indonesia is necessary to be researched.

A professional lecturer should bear four important characteristics namely competency, communication, commitment and conflict handling to be ready to engage and manage lecturer – student interaction. Usually mastery in competence and communication would lead to student trust and communication, commitment and conflict handling mastery could lead to student satisfaction, meanwhile student satisfaction could lead to trust and student trust could lead to enhancement and the student enhancement could lead to loyalty. Nevertheless satisfaction could also lead directly to enhancement and satisfaction may be lead directly to loyalty.

PINOKPOK WEAVING INDUSTRY IN LUZON PHILIPPINES: A CONCEPT TOWARDS IT’S IMPROVEMENT

The pinokpok weaver small scale business having difficulties selling their product; what can be done by the weavers to improve their management, production, financial and sales to be more competitive. Most of the pinokpok weaving small scale business owners have used only limited amount of capital provide training for their workers, hired one to four workers daily operations, using one to two looms daily production finished within three days and difficult borrowing capital lead to less production with direct distribution to sell the product. The role of small and big business interrelationship is expected best way operations. Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Tourism, Banking Sector, Big Businesses, and Cooperative presumptively are extending assistants to improve future weaver production performance.

CAR PURCHASING SELECTION OF WOMEN AND MEN: A DIFFERENT BEHAVIOR
Abstrak

Women and men are having a different buying behavior in selecting their type of car in terms of class, style, and car size; these are influenced by age, class, and style as well as car size. Women are more car efficiency minded instead of car technical charracteristic evaluation. They need efficient car instead of luxury car or stylish and sizy. Men are always choosing car efficiency instead of technical charracteristics and some times considering car class, style and car size. Compare to women who need more car efficiency, men are more detail consider to car charracteristics evaluation. Car seller explains efficiency superiority, practicality and car safety for women, and explains to men technical charracteristics, style and car size in detail. This is useful for auto industrialists to modify its products for additional attractiveness, quality and size or car type preferably to consumers; industrialist can improve sales volume later.
